MHC REAL Leaders volunteered on Friday, March 16th at Peggy Adams Animal Rescue League in West Palm Beach. After a lovely tour by Shelter Manager, Brittni Fleming, they helped organize and clean parts of the Intake and Receiving building. Afterwards, they visited with some of the animals looking for their fur-ever homes.
Operating continuously since 1925, Peggy Adams has been positively impacting animal welfare and addressing overpopulation in Palm Beach County through a variety of services including adoption and spay/neuter programs, affordable vaccine clinic, Peggy’s Pantry and other important advocacy work.
