West Palm Beach, Fla. – Following its recent move into a dynamic new 10,000-square foot headquarters at Centurion Tower in West Palm Beach, Florida, NAI/Merin Hunter Codman, one of South Florida’s leading commercial real estate firms, has announced the hiring of several new professionals, growing its brokerage and accounting divisions.

NAI/Merin Hunter Codman’s hires include five new commercial real estate brokers and two accomplished and experienced accounting professionals. NAI/Merin Hunter Codman currently represents over 5,000,000 square feet of assets throughout Florida in a property management, leasing or sales capacity.
NAI/Merin Hunter Codman’s new team members include:
Alexandra Bazo, Commercial Associate – Ms. Bazo joins NAI/Merin Hunter Codman after an extensive residential real estate investment career which focused on both domestic and international markets. Ms. Bazo is fluent in Spanish and Italian and has a vast amount of international experience. She holds Bachelor of Arts Degrees in Business Administration and International Affairs from John Cabot University in Rome, Italy and the University of Wales, United Kingdom and is currently a candidate for a Master of Real Estate Degree with a concentration in Finance from Georgetown University in Washington, DC.
Jeffrey Cebula, Senior Associate – Mr. Cebula specializes in office and retail tenant representation throughout the United States. A native of Brooklyn, New York, Mr. Cebula relocated to South Florida in 2017 and joined NAI/Merin Hunter Codman following a 30-year career in the New York Metropolitan area with Sutton & Edwards/Colliers International.
Jaime Chamberlin, Marketing Analyst – Ms. Chamberlin joined NAI/Merin Hunter Codman after graduating with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing in May 2018 from Florida State University. While attending Florida State University, Ms. Chamberlin participated in University’s International Program where she spent a summer in Valencia, Spain.
Maxwell Pawk, Commercial Associate – Mr. Pawk joins the firm from NAI Hunneman, Boston, where he focused on landlord and tenant representation in the downtown market. Mr. Pawk is a graduate of Dickinson College, Carlisle, Pennsylvania, with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science and served as a 4-year member of their Lacrosse team. Additionally, he participated in The University of Bologna, Italy, Study Abroad Program with a concentration in Political Science.
April Pearson, Controller – Ms. Pearson joins NAI/Merin Hunter Codman with over two decades of professional accounting experience serving as Senior Investment Controller for Westbrook Partners, as well as other premier real estate investment management firms. Ms. Pearson holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Massachusetts Lowell with a major in Accounting/Finance.
Daria Salha, Property Accountant – Ms. Salha holds over 20-years of professional commercial real estate accounting experience. Ms. Salha is also a graduate of Palm Beach State College with an Associate of Science in Accounting.
Christopher T. Smith, Commercial Associate – Mr. Smith specializes in the leasing of commercial office buildings in Palm Beach County, representing both tenants and landlords. Mr. Smith relocated from Boston, MA where he worked for Colliers International and was a 2015 nominee for the Commercial Brokerage Associate (CBA) Rising Star of the Year Award. Mr. Smith is graduate of Rollins College, FL with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science.
