BDB Real Estate Roundtable at Oakbrook Center

We were thrilled to host an engaging and insightful BDB Real Estate Roundtable at our Oakbrook Center property. As one of the most well-attended quarterly roundtables, this event brought together around 70 professionals from the real estate industry, all eager to learn about the latest commercial and industrial projects shaping our region.

The event featured guest speakers Ken Tuma of Urban Design Studio, George G. Gentile of Gentile Glas Holloway O’Mahoney & Associates, Inc., and Don Hearing of Cotleur & Hearing. Their presentations shed light on upcoming developments and the promising trajectory of our local economy. Kelly Smallridge, President and CEO of the BDB, emphasized that Palm Beach County is no longer just a retirement destination. With a younger median age, it has transformed into a vibrant, urban live-work-playground, attracting professionals and businesses alike.

We were honored to sponsor and host this event at Oakbrook Center, a 243,000 sq. ft. Class A office complex in the heart of Palm Beach Gardens. The property offers numerous leasing opportunities, including the prestigious 11,826 sq. ft. corporate penthouse suite, perfect for corporate headquarters looking to establish a presence in a luxurious and thriving community. Oakbrook Center boasts state-of-the-art amenities and a prime location, making it an ideal choice for businesses seeking a dynamic and sophisticated environment.

As we continue to witness the growth and evolution of Palm Beach County, we are excited about the opportunities ahead. For those interested in learning more about our available spaces or joining the BDB community, we encourage you to reach out. Together, we can shape the future of our vibrant region.
