On July 25th, our MHC REAL Leaders kicked off the back-to-school season with one of our favorite annual traditions – volunteering with Red Apple Supplies, a program of the Education Foundation of Palm Beach County. This year felt extra special as we gathered at their brand new Lake Worth facility – a bright, beautiful space ready to meet the growing needs of our local schools and students. (We’ve volunteered at past locations and let’s just say… this was a glow-up. 😍)

Red Apple Supplies is a free resource store that provides essential school supplies to educators in the county’s most economically challenged schools. They also coordinate backpack builds that help students start their school year with confidence, curiosity, and everything they need to succeed.
Our CEO, Jordan Paul, has proudly served on the board of the Education Foundation and has supported Red Apple Supplies since its launch in 2016. His leadership – and passion for public education – continues to inspire our team’s commitment to giving back.
This year, we packed over 700 backpacks full of folders, pouches, notebooks, and more. Every zipper zipped was a step toward equity, joy, and opportunity for a local student.

And the magic didn’t stop there.
On August 7th, a few more of our REAL Leaders joined educators at Seminole Trails Elementary for their Meet the Teacher event. We had the joy of seeing students light up as they received the very backpacks we packed – the full-circle moment that makes it all worth it. 💫
Volunteering with Red Apple Supplies never feels like work. It feels like family, community, and the kind of impact we want to be part of.
