MHC Real Leaders Roll Up Their Sleeves at the Palm Beach County Food Bank

The MHC Real Leaders team spent the morning at the Palm Beach County Food Bank, where they turned teamwork into tangible impact – measuring, weighing, sealing, labeling, and packaging hundreds of pounds of rice into one-pound bags for local families in need.

Not to brag (okay, maybe a little), but our crew crushed it – completing more bags than any other group on site. Between the assembly-line hustle, good-natured competition, and plenty of laughs, it was a day that reminded us how fulfilling it feels to give back together.

The Palm Beach County Food Bank plays a critical role in our region: their mission is to provide nutritious food to people in need as quickly and effectively as possible, while also educating the community about food security, healthy eating, and building sustainable solutions for hunger. By partnering with local farms, grocers, and volunteers, they’ve built a network of support that turns donations into real, everyday meals for families navigating tough times.

At MHC, community is part of our culture. We’re proud to support organizations like the Palm Beach County Food Bank and to help fight food insecurity across our region – one bag, one smile, and one conversation at a time.
