Our firm was thrilled to have sponsored and hosted the May 16th Business Development Board Real Estate Round Table at our very own home in West Palm Beach, Centurion Tower. Over 70 guests enjoyed networking and breakfast in our new 7th-floor suite before heading to our 6th-floor vacancy for the “Planes, Trains & Autonomous Vehicles” panel discussion. The informative panel covered how recent trends and transportation changes could impact commercial real estate in our area.
Firm Chairman, Neil E. Merin, SIOR, CCIM, moderated the panel which included Lily Elefteriadou, Ph.D., Director of the University of Florida Transportation Institute, Patrick Goddard, President, Brightline, Stacy Miller, Director of Transportation Development, F.D.O.T., Bruce Pelly, Executive Director, Palm Beach County Department of Airports and Nick Uhren, Executive Director, Palm Beach County Transportation Planning Agency.
Centurion Tower was an ideal place to host the event, as it features a convenient central location close to I-95 with a covered parking garage and on-site security. Click here to learn more information about Centurion Tower and to see the space available for lease.
