EcoPlex had the pleasure of recently hosting a Spring Soiree, welcoming 25 commercial real estate professionals to the property for an afternoon of networking and exploration. Held in Suite 230, a spacious ±4,302 square foot office, the event provided a glimpse into the potential of our prime West Palm Beach location and environmentally-conscious workspace.
Kicking off the festivities was a tour of the ground floor spec suite, Suite 140 (view a 3D Tour here!). Brokers had the chance to explore this modern ±3,877 square foot office, sparking inspiration for their clients. To add to the excitement, attendees participated in a cash prize raffle by dropping their business cards into the drawing.
After the tour, brokers gathered on the second floor for an engaging game of human bingo. Laughter filled the room as participants mingled and searched for matches on their bingo cards, fostering connections and camaraderie among industry peers.
The event continued with a delightful spread of light wraps, fresh salads, and artisanal charcuterie, accompanied by a signature cocktail and decadent desserts. Throughout the festivities, Lesley Sheinberg, our Broker of the Year and lead leasing agent for the building, shared insights into EcoPlex’s sustainable design and innovative amenities.
