Throughout her career, Ms. Sheinberg has demonstrated a remarkable track record in office sales and leasing, representing both landlords and tenants with a focus on medical clients and properties. In 2023 alone, she completed nearly 60 transactions, totaling over 250,000 square feet and exceeding $33.3 million in transaction value. With over 20 years of experience, Ms. Sheinberg has consistently delivered outstanding results, completing over 2,250,000 square feet of leasing and disposition transactions, totaling in excess of $235 million in transaction volume.
Beyond her professional achievements, Ms. Sheinberg is deeply committed to giving back to the community. She mentors new commercial real estate brokers, actively participates in industry organizations such as the Palm Beach County Medical Society and serves on the board of the Ferd & Gladys Alpert Jewish Family Services of Palm Beach County. Additionally, as Treasurer of the BAK Middle School of the Arts (MSOA) Foundation, Ms. Sheinberg advocates for the importance of arts in public education.
